Our Pastor
| Bishop
John C. Smith has served our church since January
2000 and has a vision for the church, community,
and city of Raleigh. Through his many
years of Pastoral and leadership service, Pastor
Smith has brought a wealth of experience, direction
and stability to the Church. Pastor Smith, along with his wife Kathy and their two small girls, began his ministry with the calling of God on his life in 1976. He has served as Pastor and District Overseer, served on State and regional boards and committees, regional rally and camp meeting coordinator and speaker, has authored various articles for publication, and is currently involved in ministerial development in the Church of God. Pastor Smith has recently been appointed to serve as the District Administrative Bishop for the Raleigh District Churches of God. It is the desire of Pastor Smith to see God’s people Blessed and strengthened by the Word of God and the Spirit of God, and to see others brought into the family of God through His Son, Jesus Christ. |
